This universal traction bar DIY kit includes weld or bolt on frame brackets, and weld or bolt on axle brackets, with your choice of either a beefy 7/8” FK heim at the frame end or a adjustable poly bushing end.
The axle end comes with a weld-in bushing sleeve and a heavy duty poly bushing.
Kit comes with grade 8 bolts and hardware, just supply your own pipe or dom and weld our parts on! (Pipe is not included. pipe/ dom available upon request.)
If the 7/8'' heim is selected, it's setup for 1/4'' wall x 2'' OD dom, (1.5'' OD) weld bung (can be used on sch40 or 80 1.5'' ID pipe as well)

Universal Traction Bar DIY Kit
Frame and axle brackets, made for 1/4'' cold rolled P&O steel. Laser cut, CNC pressbraked and robotically welded.
Bolt on frame brackets do NOT come with bolts as every truck frame is different.
Heim kits come with 7/8'' chromoly high precision FK 3 piece heims, with 2'' wide misalignments and 3/4'' grade 8 bolts.
Bushing at frame end kits come with a 3/4'' shank adjustable end with a poly bushing, and uses a 9/16'' grade 8 bolt.
Weld on axle bushing end is made from 1/4''x 2'' DOM, and uses a poly bushing insert with a 9/16'' grade 8 bolt, (bushing width is 2.375'')
Bolt on axle mounts do NOT include U bolts. They fit 9/16 and 5/8'' U bolts and will require a square style U bolt.
